Cakie is really interested in numbers at the moment and loves her magnetic wooden numbers that we got from the Great Little Trading Centre for her birthday. She has been counting and sorting them and carrying them around in little bags and tubs.
So I have been trying to come up with lots of things to do with them. I made a number matching game by simply drawing around each number onto paper and colouring them in with similar colours.
She had a great go at matching them up the next morning at breakfast!
If I can persuade Tim that I really, really need an A3 laminator, then maybe I can laminate this and keep it as a quick, fun game for the future. (Did you get that hint babe?!)
Otherwise it will be stuck in this notebook for ever!
This would be good with those plastic letters and numbers that you can get in a tub from the £1 shop too. Have fun!
Oh! What a simple but very creative numbers game to make yourself! How lovely!!!
Thank you for linking up to Kids Get Crafty!! Much appreciated!

These are such fun! I love all the great patterns.
Simplicity at its best! 🙂
