It’s Playtime! Small World Play Ideas

January 12, 2012 by Anna Ranson

Here we are for another week of fabulous ideas from YOU! I just love to read your posts and see what you have been busy doing with your children. Thank you for linking up each week!

Here are some wonderful small world play ideas from last week
This fairy garden from Inspiration Surrounds: Creativity Abounds is totally gorgeous! (as is that wonderful sunshine in all the photos!)
I also love this Sea in a Sink small world and…
… these natural playscapes  both from Play Create Explore! So much good fun and right up our street in terms of imaginative play!

If you were featured today please grab an “I proudly encourage play!” button from the sidebar.

It’s Playtime is a collaborative linky hosted by:

                                                           * Anna : The Imagination Tree

* Rachel and Holly : Kids Activities
* Jamie : hands on : as we grow
* Rachele : Messy Kids
* Jenny : Let the Children Play

Link your playful idea at any of these sites and it will appear on all 5!

Please include a text link or a button (in the sidebar) so that others can find the linky easily! Thank You.

    We did our first ever “small world” play yesterday and I put up the post this morning – then saw this and thought YEAH some ideas for the future as J and T both loved it so much.

    Thank you for featuring our fairy garden, I am delighted to be featured here. It has been played with nearly every day and has inspired us to engage in a greater variety of small world play.

    I enrolled my kid in a gymnastic class so that she’ll meet new friends and get some exercise at the same time. Thanks.
