It’s Playtime!: Playing with Light and Shadows

September 8, 2011 by Anna Ranson

There were some wonderful ideas for playing with light linked up last week, from how to create a DIY light box to making an easy shadow torch! Such wonderfully simple and fun science exploration through play!
Sense of Wonder made her own lightbox and used it to examine Xrays donated by the chiropractor! So cool.
Happy Hooligans also made her own light box, using really simple materials. I have to do it!
Paint on the Ceiling made a beautiful DIY shadow torch!
Science Sparks created a brilliant method for making shadows on the wall with puppets!
