It’s Playtime: Outdoor Play!

September 22, 2011 by Anna Ranson

There are SO many wonderful ideas being linked up to It’s Playtime at the moment! I hope you are really taking the time to browse them all and be inspired. We have been really spoilt for choice when it comes to making our features each week. I loved these outdoor play ideas, especially as the seasons are just about to shift and getting outside is more important than ever!

Make and Play made a beautiful percussion wall in the woods near their home in Sweden for outdoor music making! Gorgeous.

QuirkyMomma turns an old tree stump into beautiful building blocks for indoor and outdoor construction play. I really need an old tree. Anyone?! Ha.

Having Fun at Home made a cute scavenger hunt, inside and out, that ended up with an educational treat!

* Rachel : Kids Activities (formerly QuirkyMomma)

* Jamie : hands on : as we grow

* Rachele : Messy Kids

* Jenny : Let the Children Play

Link your idea at any of these sites and it will appear on all 5!

Please include a link back or a button (in the sidebar) so that others can find the linky easily! Thanks.

 By linking up you are giving us permission to use one of your photos and a link to your site if we choose to feature you as a favourite. Be sure to check out the other wonderful ideas and vote for your favourites!

    Oh we have heaps of bits of tree lying around here… and I LOVE cutting it up to make blocks. I wonder how much it would cost to post a box full…
