It’s Playtime! Creative Art for Kids

May 2, 2012 by Anna Ranson

There were some fantastic ideas for art and creativity for preschoolers that were linked up last week!

I’m very excited that the lovely Kate from An Amazing Child is now back, blogging at her new home of An Everyday Story! Here she shares a fantastic idea for making beautiful prints from wool blocks.
B-Inspired Mama linked up a lovely idea for making paintings by rolling sensory balls.
Fit Kids Clubhouse had a wonderful idea for sensory play and creativity using dirt paint!

Rolling sensory balls looks like fun. I’ve had kids roll marbles with paint, but I bet the sensory balls are even more fun! Renee

Your blog is fabulous! I’m not very creative And I rely on your wonderful ideas to really play with my two little ones!
Would you tell me the kind of paint you recommend? It must be fume free please! They all say “nontoxic” but then include some pretty awful stuff! I’m stuck! Thanks so much
