It’s Playtime!: Come and Play!

August 11, 2011 by Anna Ranson

Last week’s link up was a record breaking week with a fabulous 127 entries! We are so excited to see so many new bloggers linking up and to see the wonderful range of playful ideas! Do you know anyone else who writes about play-based ideas and learning? Encourage them to join in too and maybe together we could make this the largest community of its kind online! What a fabulous resource we have here, thanks to you all.

We are still away this week and are enjoying wonderfully slow-paced days filled with walks in the country, swims in the pool, tasting ice creams and reading books. That’s my kind of holiday!Of course, we are playing too, but not really with toys! What have you been doing this week? Have you got some play ideas to share?

It’s Playtime is a joint link up hosted at the following sites each Thursday:
* Anna : The Imagination Tree

* Rachel : Quirky Momma

* Jamie : hands on : as we grow

* Rachele : Messy Kids

* Jenny : Let the Children Play

Please remember not to link to worksheets or printables. By linking up you are giving us permission to use one of your photos and a link to your site if we choose to feature you as a favourite. Be sure to check out the other wonderful ideas and vote for your favourites! Thanks.

    My link didn’t show up, so I posted it again and it’s still not there, but I’m not sure if they will show up later – sorry if it ends up that I’m in the party twice! I’ll delete one of them if I can. Thanks for hosting, love the ideas on your blog and from the linky!
