It can be easy to slip into the routine of making the same thing over and over for your child’s packed lunch but after a while both parent and child can get bored with that repetition. We’ve taken a good look around the web and found 30 different recipes for healthy lunch box ideas that allow for a month worth of meals;  something unique on every day.

From salads and bento boxes to wraps, sandwiches, and even some vegetarian ideas there should be plenty of inspiration to suit each palette! These foods are all healthy and nutritious, designed so cleverly to satisfy kids’ appetites and help them concentrate as their minds grow and develop.  Food is the fuel for the mind. Plenty of these would be great for family lunches at home too, or for grown up lunch boxes at work and the gym.
